What we store
Your email address, display name, chosen language, plan and point balance. Every prompt you send, the cleaned-up version of that prompt, and the files medusa.AI generates for you.
Where your files live
Generated images and clips are stored in a private area of our cloud. Only your account can open them; links are temporary and signed.
Who sees your prompts
Prompts are sent to our AI providers to produce your result. We do not sell them, do not publish them, and do not use them to train our own models. Providers may keep them briefly for abuse detection.
Your rights
You can view your full prompt history in your account, delete individual creations, and request full account deletion at any time by mailing privacy@medusa-ai.app. Deleting your account removes your profile, prompts and files.
Cookies
We only store what is needed to keep you signed in and remember your language. No advertising trackers.
Payments
Payment and billing data is handled by our payment provider; we never store card details.
